Shipping policy

WABC Radio Coffee is freshly roasted to order and usually ship within 5-7 business days. Depending on availability, certain coffee origins may take longer to roast and ship. Customers will receive an email notice their order is delayed. Our customer service team can suggest another coffee, or refund your order.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

 

Please note: We reserve the right to determine the shipping carrier and method so your coffee arrives fresh and fast! We use the following carriers: UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Orders are shipped with discounted ground shipping rates.
